How long does delivery take?
Made-to-order pieces are dispatched in 3 to 5 working days, then 2 to 3 days with Royal Mail. Pre-orders can take up to 14 days. Free UK delivery over £50, otherwise £3.95.
Can I return an item?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty, but if something isn't right we'll always sort it.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes! Send us a message with what you have in mind and we'll come back with ideas and a price.
How do I look after my sign?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and damp rooms, and dust with a soft dry cloth. No polish needed.
